7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email info@libaasesundas.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, Libass-e-Sundas will cover the return shipping cost and provide return instructions. Approved returns should be sent to: Shop 7A, Paposh Nagar, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund can be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. We will securely request the necessary account details after approval. Refund processing begins after the returned item has been received and approved.
